So I decided I would do my weigh-in on Mondays since I have the most time in the (early) morning on Mondays. SO....I am down 4 pounds!! Hooray!
Also, this weekend I found a new resource of information, motivation, and just good fat loss info...crazy story about how I came across it goes like this:
I joined facebook about 3 months ago and immediately started finding friends from my past that I've wondered about for years. It is really fun to reconnect. I would recommend it for anyone looking to reconnect with old friends--there are so many people on there. Anyway...there was one person who I found through friends that I wasn't sure I was ready to add yet. My ex-boyfriend, who happened to be super fit when we dated (3% body fat) and I wasn't so bad myself back then. Anyway, I was nervous about adding him, since I could tell from some of the pics I saw that he was still in great shape.
Well, I closed my eyes and clicked the "add friend" link and waited anxiously over the next 24 hours to see if he'd accept. (The great part about being the one requesting is that they have to be first one to write a message--at least technically) So, I checked back on Sunday and he had accepted and sent a message. He was, of course, super nice (we ended amicably--mostly) and I browsed through his profile.
I found a link he posted to burnthefat.com and went to read about it. I majored in Health & PE in college and have come across some pretty crazy programs as well as great, valid programs. So I started reading and reading (there was LOTS to read) and it was all making sense. It isn't a program that you have to buy their supplements to be successful or anything. It gives you lists of what food are good to eat, and what isn't. It explains the importance of Weight loss VS fat loss and how to achieve the right one. Why dieting doesn't work for long term fat loss.
It all made sense and I am excited to incorporate this new knowledge into my BL plan. I have some info if you'd like me to share it...otherwise you can purchase the e-book yourself.
Here's to losing!

awesome, you are doing great! I love facebook for that reason...finding old friends and reconnecting! Keep up the good work!
I love that you found that. I am not so concerned with loosing weight as I am with loosing inches and gaining muscle mass. I know muscle weighs more then fat, that's why. I also know that muscle helps to burn more fat throught the day. Glad you brought it up!
Hey let us know how it works out!!
